Epon Golf S:R Driver Men

The name has changed from EF to S:R. All S:R models are equipped with the "Any-C system".
The theory of the AK-26 previously developed by Epon Golf has been refined, making it possible to set up the same specifications from driver to sand wedge.

The theme is "effective use of the shaft" - drawing out the power of the shaft without increasing the club length.
In any club, the tip of the shaft is glued to the head, but in this driver, the shaft's bonding position is moved about 1 inch closer to the ground, increasing the shaft's flex by 1 inch.

In the structure of a typical club, a celluloid part called a socket is attached to the joint between the head and the shaft. This driver has a celluloid socket and an elastomer socket made of the same material as the grip.
The soft elastomer is on the head side. By using this soft material, it is possible to give movement to the shaft. The shaft flexes even inside the head, making it possible to increase the movement of the head.

This movement allows the shaft to play a major role, and the low position of the joint between the head and shaft reduces loss of power at impact, increasing the loft and raising the launch angle.

This driver is designed by EPON Golf specifically for "distance".

Due to the head structure, a special wrench that can apply strong force is required to secure the shaft. Using a wrench from another company may cause it to loosen.

Lofts range from 10.5° to 12.5°, with a 9.5° low-spin model to be added around August.

The S:R comes with a special torque wrench (S:R logo). It is a 7N wrench, approximately twice the torque of the AF series wrench (EPON logo). The S:R wrench generates stronger torque, so using it on other clubs may damage screws, etc.
