Miura Golf PI-402 Irons

Within the Miura Giken series, PI is a symbol indicating a pocket cavity iron.
Development of a pocket cavity iron in true Miura Giken style.
The PI-402 is an iron that improves distance performance compared to its predecessor, the PI-401.

The face material has been changed from soft iron to chromoly.
Chromoly has stronger rebound force and better bounce than soft iron. It has the effect of increasing ball speed.
The body is forged from soft iron and is formed by hot rolling and pressing.

A TPU vibration control plate is placed on the back of the face, showing Miura Giken's attention to detail in terms of feel.

35g of heavy tungsten is placed in the center of the sole, lowering the center of gravity and shifting it towards the center to increase the ball launch angle.

Increasing the ball launch angle has the effect of increasing the hang time, resulting in increased distance.

Functionality is desired, but feel and head design are not to be neglected.
Pocket cavity irons prioritize distance and ease of use compared to soft iron irons, but they are made with a focus on a refined head design to suit Miura Giken users.

Not included in Miura Craftsman World. Head customization is not available.
