RomaRo Ray SX-S wedge

This wedge has a slightly low heel face.
This wedge can be used for down-blow shots even with a level swing.

It has a so-called two-stage sole, so even though the sole is thick, it slides nicely over the ground and the head speed does not slow down at impact.
The face contour, sole design, and leading edge curve are all beautifully calculated to create a wedge with a cohesive feel.

This wedge has not only a design, but also excellent functionality.
・105-degree bank grooves
The angle of the bottom and surface of the grooves is changed. In accordance with R&A rules, the groove angle is 135 degrees on the surface, and the 105-degree groove with a sharp bottom angle gives the ball a strong spin when it is hit firmly.

The surface is softened by further heat-treating S20C and soft iron, which are relatively soft materials, during forging.
